摘    要:目的:优化核桃青皮中总鞣质的提取工艺。方法:采用磷钼钨酸紫外分光光度法测定总鞣质含量。以总鞣质含量为指标,采用单因素试验考察提取方法及溶媒;选取提取次数、提取时间和料液比为考察因素,采用L9(34)正交设计试验优选核桃青皮中总鞣质的提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为加10倍量水回流提取3次,每次1 h,鞣质提取率达26.65 mg.g-1。结论:建立的总鞣质含量测定方法稳定可行,优选的提取工艺可用于核桃青皮中总鞣质的工业化生产。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of total tannin from walnut green husk. Method: The content of total tannin was determined by phosphomolybdotungsitc acid UV spectrophotometry method.With the content of total tannin as index,single factor test was used to investigate extraction method and solvent;Extraction times,extraction time and solid-liquid ratio were chosen as factors,extracting technology of total tannin from walnut green husk was optimized by L9(34) orthogonal design test. Result: Optimum extracting technology was as following:extracted 3 times with 10 the amount of water,1 h each time,extracting rate of total tannin was up to 26.65 mg· g-1. Conclusion: Established a method of determination of total tannin was stable and feasible, optimized process could be used for industrial production of total tannin from walnut green husk.
