马钱子及其制剂的药动学研究进展

摘    要:目的:介绍马钱子及其制剂的药动学研究进展。方法:根据近年文献,总结生物样品中士的宁和马钱子碱测定方法,并对马钱子及其制剂药动学研究进行概述。结果:采用分光光度法、TLC法、HPLC法和液-质联用法对生物样品进行分析,马钱子碱在体内主要分布浓度最高的组织为肝脏和肾脏,多数实验表明其体内分布呈二室模型;士的宁分布浓度最高的组织为心脏,其代谢主要在血液中呈一级线性消除,体内分布呈二室模型。展望:长期服用马钱子及其制剂后,士的宁是否在体内蓄积,以及多次给药的药动学特性还有待于进一步深入研究。

Abstract:Objective:To review advances of pharmacokinetics study of Semen Strychni and its dosage forms.Methods:Sum up the methods for contents determination of strychnine and brucine in biological samples.Review advances of pharmacokinetic study of Semen Strychni and its dosage forms.Results:The concentration in biological samples was detected by spectrophotometry,TLC,HPLC or HPLC-MS. The highest distribution of brucine is liver and kidney,and conformed to two compartment model.Strychnine distributes higher in heart,and it eliminated in linear dynamics,and conformed to one compartment model.Conclusions:It remains to be studied whether Strychnine cumulated when use chronically,and the pharmacokinetics properties with repeated does should be further studied.
