艾灸治疗膝骨关节炎的进展

膝骨关节炎是临床常见病、多发病,目前尚缺乏有效的治疗手段。本研究通过综述近年来艾灸治疗膝骨关节炎的实验和临床研究文献,认为传统的艾灸疗法能通过多种机制、多种灸法有效治疗该病,在社区防治膝骨关节炎具有独特价值。为了更有效地发挥艾灸的作用,需要设计更多的临床试验来阐明具体的灸法、灸量等重要问题。

Progress of Moxibustion for Treating Knee Osteoarthritis

Knee osteoarthritis is a clinically common disease and also a frequently occurring disease. There is a lack of effective treatment. This paper summarizes the experimental and clinical research literature about the effect of moxibustion on treating knee osteoarthritis in recent years. The traditional moxibustion therapy is effective in the treatment of this disease through a variety of mechanisms and a variety of moxibustion,which has a unique value in the community prevention and treatment of knee osteoarthritis. In order to be more effective for using moxibustion,we need to design more clinical trials to clarify the moxibustion,quantity problems and so on.
