摘    要: 目的:测定复方环丙沙星注射液中环丙沙星和替硝唑的含量。方法:采用反相-高效液相色谱法,色谱柱C18柱,流动相为0.4mol·L-1柠檬酸-甲醇-乙腈(2∶1∶0.8),流速为0.8 ml·min-1,检测波长为277 nm。结果:环丙沙星和替硝唑的回收率分别为99.7%和99.6%,RSD分别为0.9%和0.7%。结论:方法快速、准确,可作为该复方制剂的质量控制标准。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To determine the content of ciprofloxacin and tinizole in composite ciprofloxacin injection.METHODS An RP-HPLC method had been developed. The mobile phase was 0.4 mol·L-1 citric acid-methanol-acetonitrile (2∶1∶0.8). The flow rate was 0.8 ml·min-1. The detection wavelength was 277 nm.RESULTS The average recovery and relative standard deviation was 99.7% and 0.9% for ciprofloxacin, 99.6% and 0.7% for tinidazole respectively. CONCLUSIONS This method is rapid, simple, accurate, and suitable for the quality control of this preparation.
