翻白草化学成分研究

摘    要: 目的研究翻白草的化学成分方法应用硅胶、大孔吸附树脂R-A,Sephadex LH-20柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱分析对化合物的结构进行鉴定。结果从翻白草全草中分离并鉴定了6个化合物,分别为乌苏酸(Ⅰ)、2α,3β-二羟基-乌苏-12-烯-28-酸(Ⅱ)、euscaphic acid(Ⅲ)、委陵菜酸(Ⅳ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅴ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅵ) 结论所有化合物均为首次从该种植物中得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of the whole plant of Potentilla discolor Bunge. METHODS Repeated chro-matographies of silicagel column, highly porous resin R-A,and Sephadex LH - 20 were employed for the isolation and purification. The structures of the constituents were elucidated by the spectral analysis.RESULTS Six compounds were identified as ursolic acid (Ⅰ) ,2α,3β-di-hydroxyl-urs-12-en-28-oic acid(Ⅱ), euscaphic acid(Ⅲ), tormentic acid(Ⅳ),β-sitosteriol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅴ) and β-sitosterol (Ⅵ) .CONCLUSION All compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
