| 摘 要： | 目的:建立健肾通络胶囊中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量测定方法。方法:采用RP-HPLC法,以UltimateTM XB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱;甲醇-水(45∶55)为流动相;检测波长:246 nm;柱温:35℃;流速:1.0 mL/min。结果:补骨脂素在0.03968-0.35712μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.77%,RSD%为0.83%(n=6),异补骨脂素在0.04288-0.38592μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率98.42%,RSD%为1.26%(n=6)。结论:该方法测定简便、快速、灵敏、重现性好,可用于测定健肾通络胶囊的含量。

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of Jianshen tongluo Capsule.Mmthods:TO determine the content by HPLC with the UltimateTM XB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)as the stationary phase.The mobile phase was methanol-water(45∶55).The detection wavelength was 246 nm.Resutst: The calibration curve of Psoralen was linear in the range of 0.03968-0.35712 μg,its average recovery was 98.77% and RSD was 0.83%(n=6).The calibration curve of Isopsoralen was linear in the range of 0.04288-0.38592 μg,its average recovery was 98.42% and RSD was 1.26%(n=6).Conclusion: The method is fast,simple,sensitive and repeatable,whiah can be used for to determine the content in Jianshen tongluo Capsule. |
