针刺神经干穴位配合井穴麦粒灸治疗中风后肢体功能障碍50例疗效观察

目的:观察针刺神经干周围穴位配合井穴麦粒灸法治疗中风后肢体功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:将100例中风患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,其中治疗组采用针刺神经干周围穴位配合井穴麦粒灸法,对照组以传统阳明经穴配合头针治疗为主,观察两组治疗前后肢体功能改善情况。结果:治疗组上下肢总有效率分别为92%、94%,对照组上下肢总有效率为72%、76%,两组比较,差异有显著性意义,(P<0.05;P<0.05)。结论:针刺神经干穴位配合井穴麦粒灸可明显改善中风患者肢体功能障碍。

Neural Stem Acupuncture Points with Moxibustion Well Points Granule Limb Dysfunction after Stroke Treated with 50 Cases

Objective：To observe the neural stem acupuncture points around the point with the grain of wheat Well after moxibustion treatment of stroke,the clinical efficacy of limb dysfunction.Methods：100 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 cases,of which treatment group were treated with acupuncture points around the shaft of neural stem hole grain of wheat moxibustion,a traditional-Yangming Meridian group with scalp acupuncture treatments for Lord,limb function were observed before and after treatment to improve the situation.Results：The total effective upper and lower limbs were 92%,94%,control group,upper and lower extremities total effective rate was 72%,76%,2 group,the difference was significant,（P〈0.05;P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：Acupuncture points with neural stem Well Points Granule Moxibustion can significantly improve stroke patients limb dysfunction.
