| 摘 要： | 观察艾灸对小鼠淋巴瘤的治疗作用 ,并探讨其机制。结果 :艾灸“大椎”穴能明显抑制恶性淋巴瘤的生长 ,抑制率达 4 1 0 8% ,小鼠生存期延长 ;并提高腹腔巨噬细胞 (Mφ)吞噬能力、杀伤活性及IL 1诱生能力。结论 :艾灸对恶性淋巴瘤具有治疗作用 ,其可能是通过增强机体免疫功能 ,促进细胞因子的释放实现的

| Abstract: | Malignant lymphadenoma solid tumor models in mice were established to observe the antitumor effect of moxibustion and analyse its mechanism.The Results showed that the moxibustion on the point of "DaZhui"could hinder the growth of the tumor with a tumor inhibition rate of 41 08%,prolong the druation of life and improve the ability of endocytesis?cytotoxicity and stimulate the secrete of IL 1 by macrophages.It indicats that the moxibustion therapy has significant effect to antitumor,it might be that the therapy caused the increase of immunological functions and regulate immune effector cells to secrete sytokines. |
