| 摘 要： | 目的 :通过临床及随访观察抗痫胶囊治疗脑囊虫病致癫痫的临床疗效。方法 :6 0例患者随机分成治疗组 30例、对照组 30例 ,治疗组给予抗痫胶囊 ,对照组只服用苯巴比妥。结果 :治疗组在减少癫痫发作频率、改善脑电图等方面均明显优于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :抗痫胶囊能减少癫痫发作频率 ,改善脑功能 ,无明显的不良反应。

Clinical study on anti-epilepsy capsule in treatment of epilepsy caused by cerebral cysticercosis |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effects of anti epilepsy capsule in the treatment of epilepsy caused by cerebral cysticercosis through clinical observations and follow ups Methods:60 cases of cerebral cysticercosis were divided at random into treatment group and control group with 30 cases Anti epilepsy capsule was given to the treatment group while phenobarbital was given to the control group Results:It was found that the reduction of epileptic attack frequency and the improvement of electroencephalograph in the treatment group were better than in the control group(P<0 01) Conclusions:Anti epilepsy capsule could lower the epileptic attack frequency in the treatment of epilepsy caused by cerebral cysticercosis No obvious side effects were found |
