老年痴呆患者治疗前后β-淀粉样蛋白和肿瘤坏死因子含量变化

目的　测定老年痴呆(AD)患者治疗前后β-淀粉样蛋白(β-AP)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)含量变化,近而比较不同药物治疗效果。方法　用放免法测定6 4例患者和30例健康人β-AP和TNFα含量,并按不同药物治疗前后分组。结果　AD组和血管性痴呆(VD)组血清TNFα均明显高于正常对照组(P <0 .0 1 )。且两者含量间相关较好(P <0 .0 5 ) ;脑活素和脑复康治疗后β-AP和TNFα含量均低于治疗前(P <0 .0 5或0 .0 1 ) ,但脑活素治疗后AD组β-AP和TNFα含量较VD组降低明显(P <0 .0 5 )。结论　脑活素和脑复康对AD和VD均有一定疗效,但脑活素对AD疗效优于VD。

Content changes of β-apoliprotien and tumor necrosis factor in aged dementia patients before and after treatment

Objective It is to mensurate the content changes of β-apoliprotien (β-AP) and tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα) in aged dementia (AD) patients before and after treatment, further more to compare the curative effects of different drugs. Methods The contents of β-AP and TNFα of 64 patients and 30 cases of healthy persons were detected with radioimmunoassay (RIA). And they were divided with different drugs before and after treatment. Results The contents of TNFα in AD group and vascular dementia (VD) group were obviously higher than that in control group (P<0.01). The content comparison between AD group and VD group was positive relationship (P<0.05). The contents of β-AP and TNFα after treated with cerebrolysin and piracetam were both lower than that before treatment (P<0.05 or 0.01). But the contents of β-AP and TNFα in AD group after treated with cerebrolysin were both lower than that in VD group (P<0 05). Conclusion Cerebrolysin and piracetam both have definite therapeutic effect of cerebrolysin and cerebrosteril on AD and VD, but the therapeutic effect of cerebrolysin on AD is higher than that on VD.
