左归丸对雌性小鼠阴虚模型生殖内分泌的影响

目的　通过左归丸对实验性雌性阴虚小鼠生殖内分泌的影响探讨其滋补肾阴的作用机制。方法　采用甲状腺素片灌胃造成雌性小鼠阴虚模型 ,造模前 2d起给予中药灌胃。采用放射免疫测定法测定小鼠外周血FSH及E2 含量。电子天平称取胸腺及卵巢的质量。结果左归丸组及左归丸去温阳药组E2 含量较模型组高 (P <0 .0 1) ,且左归丸组胸腺质量与模型组相比减少较少 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,两组中药复方之间在影响FSH ,E2 、卵巢质量及胸腺质量方面差异不明显 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　补阴复方左归丸调节雌性阴虚小鼠生殖内分泌的功能可能是其滋补肾阴的作用机制之一

Effect of Zuogui pill on reproductive endocrine of female Yin-deficiency mice

Objective It is to explore the tonifying mechanism of Zuogui pill on kidney-yin by studying the effect of Zuogui pill on reproductive endocrine of the experimental female Yin-deficiency mice.Methods The model of Yin-deficiency was induced by feeding thyroid tablets to female mice via the stomach. Chinese herbs were given two days ahead of the day thyroid tablets were given. FSH and E 2 were measured with radioimmunoassay. The thymus and ovaries were weighed with electronic scale. Results Compared with model group, E 2 in the two Chinese groups increased significantly (P<0.01) and the weight of ovaries in Zuogui pill group decreased significantly (P<0.05). But the difference of FSH, E 2, the weight of thymus and ovaries between the two Chinese herbs groups was not obvious (P>0.05). Conclusion The function of adjusting the reproductive endocrine of female Yin-deficiency mice is probably one of the mechanisms of tonifying kidney-deficiency.
