| 摘 要： | 目的 :采用 HPL C法测定香丹注射液中的丹参素和原儿茶醛。方法 :以甲醇 - 1%冰醋酸 =12 .5∶87.5为流动相 ,对羟基苯甲酸为内标物 ,检测波长为 UV2 80 nm。结果 :丹参素 (0 .5～ 4μg)直线回归方程为 Y=3.912 0 x- 0 .0 0 2 5 0 0 ,相关系数 r=0 .9999。原儿茶醛 (0 .1～ 1μg)直线回归方程为 Y=2 3.40 6 2 X-0 .0 0 6 488,相关系数 r=0 .9999。丹参素平均回收率为 10 0 .0 % ,原儿茶醛平均回收率为 99.8%。结论 :该方法简便、准确、无干扰 ,能够有效地控制香丹注射液的质量

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:Danshensu(DA) and Protocatechaic aldehyde(PA) in Xiangdan injection were determinated by HPLC.METHOD:Using methanol 1% acetic acid water solution (12.5∶ 87.5,V/V) as mobile phase ,and p Hydroxybenzoic acid as internal standard. DA and PA were detected at 280nm with UV detector.RESULT:The linear regression equation of DA was Y=3.912 0 X-0.002 500 with correlation cofficient r=0.9999.The linear regression equation of PA was Y= 23.4062X-0.006488 with correlation cofficient r=0.999 9.The average recovery of DA was 100.0%.The average recovery of PA was 99.8%.CONCLUSION:The method was accurate, simple and can control the quality of Xiangdan injection. |
