| 摘 要： | 目的：观察耳穴埋豆联合百乐眠胶囊治疗失眠的临床疗效。方法：将58例属于肝郁阴虚型失眠患者随机分为治疗组30例、对照组28例,治疗组给予耳穴埋豆联合百乐眠胶囊治疗,对照组给予唑吡坦片口服治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：经治疗后,治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组总有效率为75.0%,两组有效率比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：耳穴埋豆联合百乐眠胶囊治疗失眠临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of ear acupuncture point buries beans combined Bailemian capsule in the treatment of insomnia. Methods： 58 cases of liver yin deficiency type insomnia patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,which were 30 cases and 28 cases. Treatment group were treated with auricular buried beans combined with Bailemian capsule, the control group was given zolpidem tablet. Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.7%, control group was 75.0%, were of difference determined as statistical significance （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Ear acupuncture point buries beans combined Bailemian capsule to treat insomnia have a certain effect, it is worthy of clinical trial. |
