| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究中药鸡血藤Spatholobus suberectus的化学成分。方法 :用色谱法分离 ,用波谱法鉴定结构。结果 :分离并鉴定了 5个化合物 ,分别为 2-甲氧基-4-(2′-羟乙基)-苯酚-1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷 (1)、正丁基-O-β-D-吡喃果糖苷 (2 ) ,二十五烷酸-α-单甘油酯 (3) ,白桦脂酸 (4) ,正二十六碳酸 (5)。结论 :均为首次从该属植物中获得。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To investigate the constituents from the Stems of Spatholobus suberectus. METHOD: The chemical constituents were isolated by column chromatography and their strutures were identified on base of physical and spectral data. RESULT: Five compounds were isolated and identified as 2-methoxy-4-(2'-hydroxyethyl)-phenyl-1-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1), n-butyl-O-beta-D-fructo pyranoside (2), glycerol-alpha-pentacosanoate (3), betulinic acid (4) and hexacosanoic acid (5). CONCLUSION: The five compounds were obtained for the frist time from the stems of Spatholobus suberectus. |
