| 摘 要： | 目的：观察鼻康胶囊的抗炎，镇痛作用，方法：通过小鼠耳廓肿胀，小鼠棉球肉芽肿，小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性等实验观察其抗炎作用，通过热板法和醋酸扭体法观察其镇痛作用，结果：鼻康胶囊能显抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀和小鼠棉球肉芽肿，并能抑制小鼠醋酸致炎引起的毛细血管通透性亢进；同时，鼻康胶囊减轻热刺激所致的疼痛，提高小鼠痛阈值，能显抑制醋酸所致的扭体反应，结论：鼻康胶囊对炎症急性期及慢性炎症增生期具有抗炎作用，对物理致痛及化学致痛均有明显地镇痛作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: Anti inflammatory and analgesic effects of Bikang Capsule on mice were studied. Methods:By means of the swelling of mice ears induced by xylene,swelling of granulation induced by cotton ball and increase of capillary permeanbilitly in abdominal cavity to test and verify the anti inflammatory effects of Bikang capsule; By means of mice pain caused by hot board and mice twisting bodies caused by acetic acid to test and verify the analgesic effects. Results: Bikang Capsule could significantly inhibit swelling of mice ears induced by xylene, swelling of granulation induced by cotton ball and decrease of capillary permeanbilitly in abdominal cavity. Bikang Capsule could decrease the threshold of pain of mice caused by hot board and aetic acid. Conclusion: Bikang Capsule have significantly anti inflammatory and analgesic effects. |
