穴位埋线治疗腹型肥胖疗效观察

目的观察穴位埋线疗法治疗腹型肥胖的临床疗效。方法将82例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组41例。治疗组采用穴位埋线治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗。分别于治疗前后测量两组患者体重、腹围(WC)、臀围(HC)、腰臀比(WHR)、体重指数(BMI)、腰围/身高比值(WHtR)以及体脂肪率的变化并据此统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为73.2%,对照组为70.7%,两组临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。两组治疗后体重、WC、HC、BMI、WHtR及体脂肪率与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.01)。治疗组治疗4星期后WHR与同组治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组治疗4、8星期后各项指标与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论穴位埋线是一种治疗腹型肥胖的有效方法。

Therapeutic Observation of Acupoint Thread-embedding for Abdominal Obesity

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint thread-embedding in treating abdominal obesity. Method Eighty-two patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 41 in each group. The treatment group was intervened by acupoint thread-embedding, and the control group was by conventional acupuncture. The body weight, waist circumference （WC）, hip circumference （HC）, waist-hip ratio （WHR）, body mass index （BMI）, waist-to-height ratio （WHtR）, and body fat percentage were observed before and after treatment to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy. Result The total effective rate was 73.2% in the treatment group versus 70.7% in the control group, and the difference was statistically insignificant （P〉0.05）. The two groups both achieved significant changes in body weight, WC, HC, BMI, and WHtR after treatment （P〈0.01）. After 4-week treatment, the treatment group achieved marked change in WHR （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference between the two groups in comparing the indexes after 4-week and 8-week treatment respectively （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint thread-embedding is an effective method in treating abdominal obesity.
