| 摘 要： | 目的观察双籽耳压治疗心肾不交型顽固性不寐重症的疗效。方法将94例心肾不交型顽固性不寐重症患者随机分为双籽耳压组38例，单籽耳压组34例和空白对照组22例。分别采用双籽耳压与单籽耳压治疗，1个疗程后统计疗效。结果双籽耳压组PSQI下降幅度均大于空白对照组和单籽耳压组（P〈0．01，P〈0．05）：单籽耳压组PSQI下降幅度大于空白对照组（P〈0．05）。双籽耳压组总有效率为100％，与空白对照组和单籽耳压组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）：单籽耳压组总有效率为47．1％，与空白对照组比较也具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论双籽耳压治疗心肾不交型顽固性不寐重症疗效满意，优于单籽耳压治疗。
