针刺加穴位埋线治疗青年单纯性肥胖症临床观察

目的探寻治疗青年单纯性肥胖症的较佳疗法。方法将83例患者分为针刺加穴位埋线组28例,针刺组28例,穴位埋线组27例。观察三组疗效。结果针刺加穴位埋线组总有效率为96.4%,针刺组总有效率为82.1%,穴位埋线组总有效率为66.7%。针刺加穴位埋线组与针刺组及穴位埋线组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),针刺组与穴位埋线组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针刺加穴位埋线治疗青年单纯性肥胖症疗效优于单纯针刺和穴位埋线治疗。

Clinical Observations on Treatment of Juvenile Simple Obesity with Acupuncture plus Acupoint Catgut Embedding

Objective To seek a better method for treating juvenile simple obesity.Methods Eighty-three patients were allocated to an acupuncture plus acupoint catgut embedding group of 28 cases,an acupuncture group of 28 cases and an acupoint catgut embedding group of 27 cases.The therapeutic effects were evaluated in the three groups.Results The total efficacy rate was 96.4% in the acupuncture plus acupoint catgut embedding group.82.1% in the acupuncture group and 66.7% in the acupoint catgut embedding group.There was a statistically significant difference between the acupuncture plus acupoint catgut embedding group and the acupuncture group or the acupoint catgut embedding group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the acupuncture group and the acupoint catgut embedding group(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of acupuncture plus acupoint catgut embedding is superior to that of acupuncture and that of acupoint catgut embedding in treating juvenile simple obesity.
