| 摘 要： | 目的观察陕西头皮针治疗原发性失眠症的临床疗效。方法将60例失眠症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。治疗组采用头皮针治疗，对照组采用口服艾司唑仑（舒乐安定）治疗，应用匹兹堡睡眠量表（PSQI）于治疗前后评定两组睡眠质量。结果治疗组总有效率为96．7％，对照组为66．7％，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈O．01）：两组患者治疗后PSQl总积分及差值比较，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈O．01）。结论头皮针是一种治疗原发性失眠症的有效方法。 |
