| 摘 要： | 对近5年来刺络放血治疗腰椎间盘突出症的相关文献进行查阅,了解近年来对于该病刺络放血的研究现状及麻木机制,梳理归纳了刺络放血治疗腰椎间盘突出症的穴位或部位选择、刺络操作的方法及放血的量效关系,为进一步深入挖掘刺络放血疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的最佳刺络放血提供思路,以更好地为临床服务。

| Abstract: | This article consults recent five years’ literature related to pricking bloodletting for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, understands recent years’ research situation of pricking bloodletting for this disease and its mechanism of numbness, sorts out and summarizes acupoints or site selection for pricking bloodletting treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, pricking bloodletting methods and the volume-effect relationship of bloodletting, and provides ideas for further in-depth mining of the optimal pricking bleeding method for treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation so as to better serve clinical treatment. |
