电针治疗中风后尿失禁的疗效评价

目的评价电针治疗中风后尿失禁的疗效。方法将153例患者随机分为治疗组102例、对照组51例,治疗组采用电针治疗,对照组采用西药治疗,治疗1~2月后观察疗效。结果治疗组基本治愈率为47.0%,显效率为27.5%,有效率为18.6%,无效率为6.9%,总有效率为93.1%;对照组基本治愈率为7.9%,显效率为17.6%,有效率为17.6%,无效率为56.9%,总有效率为43.1%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论电针治疗中风后尿失禁疗效好。

Evaluation of the Curative Effect of Electroacupuncture on Postapoplectic Incontinence of Urine

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of electroacupuncture on postapoplectic incontinence of urine. Methods One Hundred and fifty-five patients were randomly allocated to four a treatment group of 102 cases and a control group of 51 cases.The treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture and the control group,with Western medicine.The curative effects were evaluated after 1~2 months. Results The basic cure rate,marked efficacy rate,efficacy rate and inefficacy rate were 47.0%,27.5%,18.6% and 6.9%,respectively,with a total efficacy rate of 93.1% in the treatment group and 7.9%,17.6%,17.6% and 56.9%,respectively,with a total efficacy rate of 43.1% in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference in curative effect between the two groups(P<0.05).The curative effect was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclusion Electroacupuncture has a good curative effect on postapoplectic incontinence of urine.
