穴位埋药对脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑梗死体积的影响

摘    要:目的观察穴位埋药对脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑梗死体积的影响。方法大脑中动脉线栓法(MCAO)建立脑缺血再灌注模型,以胶原川芎嗪制备的缓释剂(药线)在大椎、双侧内关穴位埋药,检测神经功能缺损程度和脑梗死体积。结果脑缺血30min再灌注1d、3d、5d,模型组神经功能缺损评分高,脑梗死体积大;穴位埋药组神经功能缺损评分显著降低,脑梗死体积明显缩小。结论穴位埋药可明显改善大鼠神经功能缺损情况,缩小脑梗死体积,发挥脑保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of point drug embedding on cerebral infarct volume after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion in rats.Methods A model of cerebral ischemia and reperfusion was made by occlusion of the middle cerebral artery with thread. A slow release agent (medicated thread) prepared from collagen and Ligustrazine was embedded in point Dazhui and bilateral Neiguan. The degree of neural deficit and the volume of cerebral infarct were measured.Results After 30 min cerebral ischemia and 1, 3 or 5 d reperfusion, neural deficit score was high and cerebral infarct volume large in the model group, and the score and volume were significantly decreased in the point drug embedding group.Conclusion Point drug embedding can produce a protective effect on the brain and significantly reduce neural deficit and cerebral infarct volume in the rats.
