针刺加TDP为主治疗颞下颌关节综合征疗效观察

目的　观察针灸加 TDP和外涂扶他林乳胶剂联合治疗颞下颌关节综合征的疗效。方法　将 2 4 0例患者随机单盲分成 3组 ,治疗组、对照组 1和对照组 2。治疗组针灸 2 0 m in后 ,在颞颌关节区涂擦扶他林乳胶剂 ,稍作按摩 ,再以 TDP治疗仪予以照射。对照组 1以电脑脉冲按摩治疗仪进行治疗。对照组 2仅用针灸治疗。结果与结论　治疗组总有效率为 95 .0 0 % ,对照组 1为 83.75 % ,对照组 2为 81.2 5 %。治疗组与两对照组比较 ,有统计学差异 (P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1)。针灸加 TDP和外涂扶他林乳胶剂联合治疗颞下颌关节综合征具有较满意的疗效

Observations on the Effect of Acupuncture Plus TDP as Main Therapy in Treatment of Temporomandibular Joint Syndrome

Purpose To observe the effect of acupuncture plus TDP and external application of diclofenac magma in treatment of temporomandibular joint syndrome.Method Two hundred and forty patients were divided randomly by single blind into 3 groups, a treatment group, control group 1 and control group 2. In the treatment group, the area of temporomandibular joint was spread with diclofenac magma after 20 minute acupuncture treatment, massaged for a while and irradiated with a TDP instrument. Control group 1 was treated with a computer pulse instrument and control group 2, with acupuncture only.Results and conclusion The total effective rate was 95.00% in the treatment group, 83.75% in control group 1 and 81.25% in control group 2. There were statistically significant differences between the treatment group and the two control groups ( P<0.05,P<0.01) .Acupuncture plus TDP and external application of diclofenac magma has a satisfactory effect on temporomandibular joint syndrome.
