决明子的化学成分、药理作用及质量标志物预测分析

摘    要:决明子是我国传统中药材,具有食用和药用双重价值,主要分布于长江以南地区,主产于安徽、广西、四川等地。近年来,随着决明子在药品及保健用品中应用越来越广泛,其多种类型化学成分及药理作用研究逐步深入。在对决明子化学成分、药理作用进行综述的基础上,结合中药质量标志物(quality marker,Q-Marker)概念,从植物亲缘性、化学成分特有性、有效性、可测性及炮制对化学成分影响等不同方面对决明子Q-Marker进行预测分析,大黄素、大黄酸、大黄酚、芦荟大黄素、大黄素甲醚、橙黄决明素、决明子苷、决明子苷C、红镰霉素龙胆二糖苷、决明子苷B2为主要筛选对象,决明子质量控制研究提供科学依据。

Abstract:Cassiae Semen is a traditional Chinese medicinal material in China, which has both value of edible and medicinal values. It is mainly distributed in the south area of the Yangtze River and produced in Anhui, Guangxi, Sichuan and other places. In recent years, with the wide application of Cassiae Semen in medicine and health care products, the research on its multi-types of chemical components and pharmacological effects has been deepened step by step. Based on the review of its chemical composition and pharmacological effects, combined with the definition of quality marker (Q-Marker), this study processed predictive analysis on Q-Marker of Cassiae Semen at aspects of plant affinity, component specificity, component availability, component measurability and the effects of processing on chemical composition and so on, which provides a scientific basis for quality evaluation of Cassiae Semen.
