针灸治疗腹部手术后胃肠功能紊乱86例分析

目的：观察针灸疗法治疗腹部手术后胃肠功能紊乱的临床疗效。方法：将129例患者随机分为针刺组、针灸联合组和对照组，3组均给予围手术期常规治疗，其中针刺组、针灸联合组均给予针刺治疗，针灸联合组在此基础上加用艾灸治疗。结果：症状积分3组治疗前后组内比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后针刺组、针灸联合组与对照组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后针灸联合组与针刺组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。总有效率针刺组、针灸联合组明显高于对照组（P>0.05），针灸联合组高于针刺组（P<0.05）。结论：针灸疗法治疗腹部手术后胃肠功能紊乱疗效显著。

Analysis of 86 cases of gastrointestinal dysfunction after abdominal operation with acupuncture therapy

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture therapy in treating disorders of gastrointestinal function after abdominal operation. Methods： 129 cases were randomly divided into acupuncture group, acupuncture combine with moxibustion group, control group; three groups were treated with conventional treatment in the peri operation period, acupuncture combine with moxibustion group in treating disorders of gastrointestinal function after abdominal operation based on acupuncture,. Results： Compared the symptom integral of 3 groups before and after treatment, there were statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）. The total efficiency of the acupuncture group, acupuncture group combine with moxibustion was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion： Acupuncture combine with moxibustion had significant effects on treating disorders of gastrointestinal fimction after abdominal operation.
