摘    要:肠道是人体最大的免疫系统,肠道菌群能够产生大量维持机体健康的代谢产物,如短链脂肪酸、胆汁酸等,调节宿主生理活动和改善疾病状态。多糖为药食同源植物的主要药理活性物质,由于其具有易溶、毒性低等优点,近年来受到广泛关注。药食同源植物多糖进入生物体内不易被胃肠道消化吸收,但可被肠道菌群分泌的多糖降解酶降解,具有潜在的益生元特性。药食同源植物多糖通过调控肠道菌群结构和功能介导炎症性肠病的发生,并作为益生元与益生菌形成合生元改善炎症性肠病。对药食同源植物多糖与肠道菌群的互作机制、介导肠道菌群并作为益生元改善炎症性肠病的研究进展进行综述,以期为治疗炎症性肠病药物的开发和应用提供参考。

Abstract:The human intestine is the largest immune system of the human body, and the intestinal flora can produce a large number of metabolites such as short-chain fatty acids and bile acids which can regulate the physiological activities, alleviate the disease, and maintain the health of the host. Polysaccharides, as the main pharmacological substances of herbs with both medicinal and edible values, have attracted wide attention in recent years due to their easy solubility and low toxicity. Studies have demonstrated that the polysaccharides from herbs with both medicinal and edible values are not easily digested and absorbed by gastrointestinal tract, while they can be degraded by the polysaccharide-degrading enzymes secreted by intestinal flora and have potential prebiotic properties. Polysaccharides from herbs with both medicinal and edible values mediate the occurrence of inflammatory bowel diseases by regulating the structure and function of intestinal flora. They can act as prebiotics to form synbiotics with probiotics so as to alleviate inflammatory bowel diseases. This paper reviews the research progress in the interaction between polysaccharides and intestinal flora, the regulation of intestinal flora by polysaccharides, and the alleviation of inflammatory bowel diseases by polysaccharides as prebiotics, aiming to provide reference for the development and application of drugs for the treatment of inflammatory bowel diseases.
