中医药治疗糖尿病足的研究概况

综述近5年来中医药治疗糖尿病足的研究进展。中医内治以分期论治、辨证分型论治为主线。中医外治多采用中药泡洗足部及中药外敷创面。中药新剂型也尝试应用于糖尿病足临床治疗。今后糖尿病足中医临床实践中应遵循循证医学研究方法，完善分期或辨证分型标准，制定统一的临床疗效评定标准。

Review on the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine therapy for diabetic foot

Reviewed the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine therapy for diabetic foot in recent five years. The internal treatment of TCM is based on different treatment stages and syndrome differentiation. And the external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine was more used to wash feet and foam external wound. The new forms of Chinese medicine are applied to clinical treatment in diabetic foot. In the future, The clinical practice of TCM for diabetic foot should follow the research methods of evidence-based medicine, perfect stage or syndrome differentiation standard, and establish unified evaluation standard of clinical efficacy.
