艾灸辅助治疗老年2型糖尿病足溃疡寒邪凝滞型创面疗效观察

目的：观察艾灸辅助治疗老年2型糖尿病足溃疡寒邪凝滞型创面的临床效果。方法：将28例老年2型糖尿病足部溃疡患者,按W-agner分级属2~3级,中医辨证属＂寒邪凝滞型＂。随机分成观察组15例、对照组13例,两组基于相同的综合治疗措施,观察组采用常规换药配合艾灸治疗创面,对照组采用常规换药外贴康惠尔溃疡贴敷料治疗创面。结果：两组患者疗效比较,观察组明显优于对照组,创面愈合时间较对照组明显缩短,换药费用较对照组大大减少,两组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,患者及家属较为满意。结论：采用艾灸治疗老年2型糖尿病足寒邪凝滞型溃疡创面效果明显,利用艾灸的热效应作用于创面局部,改善局部血液循环,加快溃疡创面愈合,提高患者生活质量,大大减少患者治疗费用。

Results ：Two groups patients curative effect comparison of the curative effect of observation group was obviously superior to the control group, the wound healing time was shortened obviously, differences between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05 ）, the patient and family more happy. Conclusion：Moxibustion therapy for diabetic foot ulcers cold evil stagnate type effect is obvious, using the heating effect of moxibustion in the treatment of local, improve local blood circulation, speeds up the ulcer healing, im- prove the quality of life of patients.
