近年来，T2DM 大血管病变的现代医学研究及治疗取得了一定进展，但目前的治疗手段尚无法有效减少本病的发生率。中医药对本病疗效确切，本文从病因病机、临床研究、实验研究方面对近年来发表的文献进行综述，为临床治疗提供参考依据。
