电针安眠穴为主治疗失眠症临床观察

目的观察电针安眠穴为主治疗失眠症的临床疗效。方法将88例患者随机分为两组,治疗组44例采用电针安眠穴为主治疗,对照组44例采用普通针刺治疗,两组患者均每周治疗5次,15次为一疗程,2个疗程后观察疗效,随访3个月。结果治疗组,治愈15例,占34%;显效12例,占27%;有效10例,占23%;无效7例,占16%;总有效率84%。对照组,治愈11例,占25%;显效9例,占21%;有效10例,占23%;无效14例,占32%;总有效率68%。治疗组总有效率高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论电针安眠穴为主治疗失眠症疗效显著。

Clinical Observation on Electro Acupuncture of Sleeping Points in the Treatment of Insomnia

Objective To observe the clinical effect of electro acupuncture of sleeping points in the treatment of insomnia .Methods 88 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups .44 cases in the treatment group were treated with electro acupuncture treatment , 44 cases in the control group were treated with acupuncture , two groups of patients were treated 5 times a week , 15 times for a course of treatment , and two groups were followed up for three months .Results In the treatment group , 15 cases were cured , accounted for 34%, 12 cases were effective , accounted for 27%, 10 cases were effective , accounted for 23%, 7 cases were invalid , accounted for 16%, and the total effective rate was 84%.In the control group , 11 cases were cured , accounted for 25%, 9 cases were markedly effective , accounted for 21%, 10 cases were effective , accounted for 23%, 14 were invalid , accounted for 32%, and the total effective rate was 68%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group , and the difference was statistically significant ( p<0.05) between the two groups .Conclusion The electro acupuncture of sleeping points in the treatment of insomnia has significantly effect .
