| 摘 要： | 探讨后房型人工晶体缝线固定植处的简易术式。方法采用不做巩膜瓣，直接在巩膜表面进出针。并将固定线直接缝扎在巩膜表面的方法对２９例行人工晶体缝线固定术，并对其追踪观察。

| Abstract: | Discussing a simple and
easy method for fixing posterior chamber intraocular lenses(PC IOL)by directly suturing
them on the sclera.Without scleral flap,directly suturing the PC IOL to the sclera on 31
eyes of 29 patients.There are no exposed suture and hyperemia on the surface of the
sclera.They are smooth and flat in all cases.Although the results of directly suturing the
PC IOL onto the sclera are the same as making scleral flap or scleral tunnel,the
method is simpler and easier. |
