外伤性房角后退型青光眼手术治疗观察

目的：探讨外伤性房角后退型青光眼的手术治疗疗效。方法回顾性研究2007年3月至2012年2月在我院手术治疗的52例（52只眼）外伤性房角后退型青光眼患者的临床资料，重点分析手术时机、方法及术后疗效。结果对52例（52只眼）外伤性房角后退型青光眼患者依据眼压、房角情况采用不同抗青光眼手术治疗，小梁切除术42例（80．8％），复合式小梁切除术8例（15．4％），Ahmed引流阀门植入术2例（3．8％）。经手术治疗后眼压恢复到正常47例（90．4％），患者视力不同程度提高48例（92．3％）。结论外伤性房角后退型青光眼经药物治疗后无效者，应早期依据病情采取不同手术方式治疗。

Surgical treatment of traumatic angle recession glaucoma

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of surgical treatment of traumatic angle recession glaucoma .Methods Clinically retrospective study on 52 cases（52 eyes）with Surgical treatment of traumatic angle recession glaucoma in our hospital,from March 2007 to February 2012.Focus on analyzing the timing and methods of the surgery and the postopera-tive efficacy .Results Based on different IOP and angle situations ,we performed different anti-glaucoma surgeries ,in-cluding trabeculectomy 42 cases,（80.8%）,Compound trabeculectomy 8 cases（15.4%）, Ahmed drainage valve implanta-tion 2 cases,（3.8%）.After the surgery, the IOP of 47 cases（90.38%）returned to normal and 48 （ 92.3%） patients＆#39;vis-ual acuity improved to varying degrees .Conclusion If drug therapy had no effect on the traumatic angle recession glauco-ma, it should be to take a different surgical treatment early according to the disease .
