自体角膜缘干细胞滑行移植治疗翼状胬肉临床观察

摘    要:目的比较自体角膜缘干细胞滑行移植术和传统角膜干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法将166例218眼翼状胬肉患者随机分成A、B组:A组58例78眼行自体角膜缘干细胞滑行移植术切除,B组108例140眼行传统角膜干细胞移植术切除。观察伤口愈合情况及复发率。结果术后观察6月-12月,A组78眼中复发1眼,B组140眼中复发6眼,两组复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=1.454,P〉0.05)。结论自体角膜缘干细胞滑行移植术具有简便快捷,创伤小,恢复快,术后刺激症状轻,愈合后无明显疤痕,复发率低等优点,值得在临床上推广。

Abstract:Objective To compare the effects of excision of pterygium with gliding autograft transplantation of the corneal limbal stem cells and traditional transplantation of the corneal limbal stem Methods 218 eyes of 166 patients were randomly divided into two groups:excision of pterygium with gliding autograft transplantation of the corneal limbal stem cells(groupA,58 cases and 78 eyes) and traditional transplantation of the corneal limbal stem in the treatment of pterygium(group B,108 cases and 140 eyes). The recurrence of pterygium were observed after the operation.Results The postoperative follow-up period was 6-12 months. Pterygium recurred in 1 eye (1.28%)in group A,3 eyes(4.29%)in group B,At final follow-up,statistically no significant difference was found between two groups(χ^2=1.454,P〉0.05)Conclusion The excision of pterygium with gliding autograft transplantation of the corneal limbal stem cells is a convenient,efficient and microinvasive surgery,which had light complaint symptoms and low recurrence rate.
