高压氧治疗突发性耳聋研究进展

摘    要:突发性耳聋与内耳及听觉中枢的血供关系密切,高压氧治疗能恢复螺旋器细胞功能,可作为该病首选,发病后1周内疗效会更好。治疗突发性耳聋药物分为5类。国内HBO治疗突发性聋的研究有了新的:已经建立了动物模型,并应用核磁共振进行研究。本研究归纳各地治疗突发性聋的方法并予以评价。提出如果能统一对照组,得出的对研究结论会更可靠,需要以后来完善。

Abstract:The sudden hearing loss is near concern to the hematic supply, high baric oxygen treatment can recover the cell function, and can be used as the first choice. The result is better after a week falling ill. Drugs that treat for sudden hearing loss are divided into 5 types. Establish an animal model for sudden-onset sensorial hearing loss (SSNHL) in our country. MRI is used for sudden deafness. All theses are evaluated. The conclusions are dependable. To research the best method is one mission in the future.
