医学院低年级学生艾滋病知识态度的调查分析

目的了解低年级医学院学生对艾滋病知识的知晓情况,为开展相关知识的健康教育提供科学依据。方法在某医学院整群抽取1250名低年级大学生,以无记名自填式问卷调查表进行调查。结果99.68%的学生听说过艾滋病,94.62%的学生知道艾滋病是一种传染病。低年级医学生艾滋病知识主要来源于大众传媒、报纸杂志和学校教育。他们对艾滋病血液传播、性传播和母婴传播知晓率分别为98.88%、97.60%、81.65%,但只有34.08%的学生知道蚊虫叮咬不是艾滋病的传播途径。对待艾滋病病人态度方面,有一部分学生存在着矛盾和恐惧心理,认为艾滋病病人应该隔离的有331人,占26.57%。结论低年级医学生具有一定的艾滋病知识,但仍有欠缺,对传播途径存在着认识误区,提示在医学院大学生中开展艾滋病健康教育是必要的。

Survey on knowledge and attitudes about AIDS among Lowerclassman in medical colleges.

Objective To investigate the knowledge about AIDS among junior medical students.So as to provide the evidence of health education for AIDS in medical colleges.Methods 1 250 low-year medical students were sampled by cluster sampling and investigated by using questionnaire survey on anonymous basis in a medical college.Results 99.68% of students had heard about AIDS.94.62% of them know that AIDS is a kind of infectious disease.Their AIDS knowledge came from mass media priority、newspapers and magazines、school education,The awareness rates of AIDS transmission routes blood,sex and mother—infant were 98.88%、97.60%、and81.65% respectively.Only 34.08% of them thought that mosquito could not transmit HIV.As for the attitude towards patients with AIDS,part of the students had the contradictive and fearful state of mind.Among surveyed,331 students(26.57%) thought that patients with AIDS should be separated from others.Conclusion The Lowerclassman had certain knowledge about AIDS,but they were lack.Many students had serious misunderstandings about the AIDS transmission routes.This survey indicated that it was necessary to carry out AIDS health education among college students of medical university.
