| 摘 要： | 目的：分析一起某医院内流感暴发疫情的流行病学特征和采取控制措施的效果，为今后防控工作提供科学依据。方法采用现况流行病学调查方法分析流感暴发的流行特征；运用RT-PCR方法进行病原学检测。结果本次流感暴发疫情报告病例29例，罹患率5.66%；采集10份患者咽拭子标本，均呈甲型HIN1流感病毒核酸阳性。结论本事件为甲型HIN1流感暴发疫情；加强通风，严格落实隔离、消毒等措施是控制疫情最有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of influenza outbreaks in a hospital and take control measures, and provide the scientific basis for the prevention and control work. Methods Epidemiological survey and analysis of epidemic characteristics of the outbreak; Using RT-PCR method of pathogen detection. Results This outbreak of 29 cases were reported, the attack rate was 5.66%; Collected 10 patients with throat swab specimens, were a HIN1 influenza virus nucleic acid positive. Conclusion This is the event of a HIN1 influenza outbreaks; Strengthen the ventilation, strict implementation of disinfection measures such as isolation, is the most effective way to control the epidemic. |
