| 摘 要： | 对2005年和2007年东阿县新型农村合作医疗(新农合)单病种限额支付的相关数据库资料进行分析,结果显示,目前东阿县实行单病种限额支付的病种以手术治疗为主,2005年制度实施尚不充分,病种实际次均医疗费用与支付标准差异较大,2007年实施得比2005年充分,各级别医院的病种实际次均医疗费用基本控制在支付标准以内,表明新农合实施单病种限额支付办法,对医疗费用的控制具有较好的效果。

| Abstract: | Dong＇e county has been implementing case ceiling payment in New Cooperative Medical Scheme（NCMS） since 2005.This research is aimed to comprehend the implementation and effect of case ceiling payment in Dong＇e.In this study,patients＇data relating case ceiling payment in 2005 and 2007 were collected from NCMS office.Results revealed that main cases within case ceiling payment scheme were concerning surgical treatments.In 2005,there was a large gap between average medical expense per case and ceiling within this scheme.In 2007,average medical expense per case was lower than ceiling,which meant that case ceiling payment had good effect on cost containment. |
