| 摘 要： | 通过对UHPP试点区社区卫生服务中心及服务站的抽样调查发现 :社区卫生服务的筹资渠道有所拓宽 ,但补偿机制仍不完善 ,主要表现在大部分中心及服务站收不抵支 ,自身造血能力差 ;药品收入占业务收入的比重和药品利润率较高 ;房租是部分中心和服务站的重要支出之一。

| Abstract: | A sampling survey of the community health center (CHC) and stations(CHSS) was conducted in the UHPP project pilot study area. Results showed that the resources of CHS financing had been widened at some extent,but expenditures of the majority of CHC and CHSS investigated exceed their revenue.The unreasonable phenomena existed in the current financing mechanism,for example: the income of drug in the CHC and CHSS accounted for large proportion of the whole income, meanwhile the profit of drug was higher and the house rent was one of main expenditures in the CHC and CHSS. |
