| 摘 要： | 以培养基层医院熟练掌握医疗设备维修、维护技能的医学工程技术人员为目的,在研究对比医学工程技术人员和年轻技术人员不同特点的基础上,分析医学工程技术人员需要具备的知识,找出了年轻技术人员的优势和不足,归纳出年轻技术人员成长为合格医学工程技术人员的培养过程。

| Abstract: | The objective is to train the technical personnel to make them skilled in medical equipment repair and maintenance in primary hospital. Based on the study and contrast of the different characteristics of medical engineering technicians and young technical staffs, the required knowledge of medical engineering technicians is analyzed, the young technical staffs＇ advantages and disadvantages are described, and finally the process of training the young technical staffs to become the qualified medical engineering technicians is pointed out. |
