| 摘 要： | 目的建立住院医师医疗工作评价指标体系和评价方法,为医疗机构的人才管理提供理论和实践依据。方法运用医学、统计学、管理学的理论和方法,通过德尔菲(Delphi)法,建立评价模型和医疗工作评价指标体系。结果指标体系由二级指标构成,其中二级指标20个,能够对住院医师的工作质量、工作效率和经济效益进行测评。结论建立健全一套住院医师临床工作评价指标体系势在必行。此研究建立的评价指标体系基本能够满足现阶段住院医师医疗工作评估的需要。

| Abstract: | objective Construct appraising indicator system of medical work of residents and give theoretical and practical accordance to talents management in medical organization.Methods The theories and methods of the sciences of medicine,man- agement and statistics were used to develop by means of the Delphi method an evaluation model and appraising indicator system of clinic work of residents.Results The indicator system is composed of two grade indicators,and there are 20 second grade indica- tors.And it could well evaluate the following items:the quality of medical,work efficiency and economic benefits.Conclusion It is absolutely necessary to develop a evaluation indicator system of medical work of residents This system developed in the present study is able to meet the current needs of medical work evaluation for residents |
