绩溪县1998～2006年麻疹流行病学分析及监测状况评价

目的研究绩溪县1998年以来麻疹流行病学特征和《麻疹监测实施方案》运行情况，为控制麻疹流行提供依据。方法收集整理法定传染病疫情报告与麻疹监测系统报告资料并进行分析。结果两个报告系统共报告疑似麻疹病人57例，确疹病人30例。其中实验室确诊25例，占报告病人数的83．33％。疑似麻疹病例IgM抗体阳性检出率48．08％。两个系统病人报告符合率87．72％；实验室确诊病人发病年龄以25岁以上人群比例最高，占32．00％；小于8月龄儿童发病比例占12．00％，发病年龄分布表现为双向转移现象。结论实施《麻疹监测实施方案》对控制麻疹有很好的效果。加快消除麻疹进程需要进一步提高整体人群免疫水平。

Analysis of Measles Epidemiology and Evaluation of Surveillance System in Jixi County in 1998-2006

Objective This paper was to study the measles epidemiological characteristics in Jixi county in 1998~2006 and the working status of "measles surveillance system" so as to provide basis for measles control.Methods Data from the case report system and measles surveillance system were analyzed.Result Totally 57 suspected measles cases were reported from the two report system.30 were confirmed cases.Of them,25 were confirmed by laboratory,accounted for 83.33%.Positive rate of IgM antibody of suspected measles cases was 48.08%.Consistent rate of the two report system was 87.72%.Ratio of adult cases over 25 years old in confirmed by laboratory was the highest,with the rate of 32% and ratio of infant cases less than 8 month was 12%.Conclusion "measles surveillance system" had been carried into execution in jixi.It had a good effect in preventing measles.Improving immunity of general population is needed for speeding up eliminating measles in the future.
