柚总黄酮对中枢神经系统的一般药理作用观察

摘    要:目的研究柚总黄酮对小鼠中枢神经系统的一般药理作用。方法分别观察不同剂量的柚总黄酮对小鼠自主活动(给药后40~125min内,1min活动次数)、协调运动(在16r/min的转棒上,1min内坠落的小鼠数)、戊巴比妥钠阈剂量(40mg/kg)入睡时间和睡眠持续时间和阈下剂量(30mg/kg)睡眠发生百分率的影响。结果柚总黄酮对小鼠的自主活动、协调运动、戊巴比妥钠阈剂量和阈下剂量催眠作用均无明显影响,与正常对照组比较,无显著性差异。结论柚总黄酮对小鼠中枢神经系统无明显影响。

Abstract:Objective To study the general pharmacological action of citrus flavonoids on mouse central nervous system. Method The mice freedom movement (the times of freedom movement after administer 40~125 min), harmonious movement (the cases of falling mice from the rotating stick at a speed of 16 rotate one minute), drop asleep times and asleep persistent times after giving pentobarbitale sodium at threshold dose of 40 mg/kg and the percent of asleeping mice after giving pentobarbitale sodium at subthreshold dose of 30 mg/kg were observed. Result The citrus flavonoids does not influence on the mice freedom movement, harmonious movement, the hypnic action of pentobarbitale sodium at threshold and subthreshold dose, and the difference compared with the normal control group is not remarkable. Conclusion The citrus flavonoids does not influence markedly on the mouse central nervous system.
