江西省农民对新型农村合作医疗制度认知情况调查

目的:了解新型农村合作医疗(下称新农合)启动后农民对其的认知和评价,为正确评价新农合的实施效果及其制度的完善提供科学依据。方法:采用多阶段整群抽样的方法,抽取样本进行入户调查。结果:被调查农民中,100%的人知晓新农合,90.5%的人表示明年会继续参合;仅69.2%的人知道国家出资,39.7%的人知道国家出多少钱;对新农合主要担心的是"报销比例低"、"报销手续繁锁;"Log istic回归分析提示参合意愿与医疗机构服务态度、农民认为生大病有一定保障及担心参合后看病更贵有关。结论:新农合在江西省启动以来,在各试点县农村产生了一定影响,但还有部分农民对新农合制度不太了解,甚至存在顾虑,应进一步加强新农合制度的宣教工作。

An investigation of peasant's cognition on new-type rural cooperative medical system (CMS) in JiangXi Province

Objective To look into the situation of farmers' cognition on new-type rural Cooperative Medical System(CMS),so as to offer scientific basis for appraising and improving new-type rural CMS.Methods Multi-stage cluster sampling method was adopted to select farmers from eleven pilot counties and information was got by household interview.Results 100% of the farmers know CMS,and 90.5% of them are willing to continue participating in the new-type rural CMS the next year.Only 69.2% know that government provides financial support for CMS and 39.7% know how much government allocates for CMS.That reimbursement proportion is low and that reimbursement procedure is tedious are the top two worries about CMS.Logistic regression analysis shows the willingness of participating in CMS are affected by attitude of medical service,insurance of a serious illness and worry about more expenses to see a doctor.ConclusionsSince the new-type rural CMS has been carried out in Jiangxi Province,there has been some influence in each pilot county,but some farmers still know little about it.We should give more publicity to the new-type rural CMS.
