| 摘 要： | 《我国卫生监督体系三年建设情况评价》课题概述包括立题背景、目的、内容、样本收集方法和范围等。研究运用卫生系统宏观模型和“结构-过程-结果”原理作为指导性研究方法，旨在全面评价卫生监督体系建设情况，明确卫生监督体系建设成效和存在的问题。课题组对30个省级、135个地市级和465个县区级共630个卫生监督机构进行了调研，调查内容包括卫生监督机构资源配置、能力建设、职能落实和社会各界的评价等情况。 |

Summary of the project of Evaluation on the Development of Health Inspection System during three-year construc-tion in China |

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the project of ＇Evaluation on the Development of Health Inspection System during three-year construction in China＇ in brief, including research background, objectives, researching objects and sampling. The project aimed at evaluating the development of Health Inspection System, defining the construction effect and the existing problem, developing feasible policy idea and strategy. The project also introduced some issues concerning the development of health inspection system of China ： the resources allocation and the intention of experts. The health inspection agencies in 30 provinces, 135 cities and 465 counties were sampled to provide information the project needed. |
