弱视学龄儿童屈光状态特征分析

摘    要:目的探讨6~12岁学龄弱视儿童眼屈光不正的主要类型和分布规律,为儿童弱视和屈光不正的防治提供依据。方法选取2006年1月至2009年12月于广西视光中心就诊的6~12岁弱视儿童1 091例(1 731眼),在睫状肌麻痹条件下采用视网膜检影法确定屈光状态,描述弱视儿童屈光不正的主要类型及分布特征。结果学龄儿童弱视眼屈光类型以远视为主(41.9%),正视次之(34.6%),近视较少(23.5%);弱视儿童散光检出率高(90.9%)。不同年龄及不同类型弱视的屈光度、散光度分布差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。结论学龄弱视儿童屈光不正以远视、散光为主,年龄和弱视类型是弱视儿童屈光不正分布的影响因素。

Characteristic of refractive state in 6-12-years-old amblyopic children

Abstract:Objective To investigate the main types,distribution characteristics of refractive error among 6-12-years-old amblyopic children.Methods A total of 1 091 amblyopic children(1 731 eyes) aged from 6 to 12 years were enrolled to determine the refractive state of amblyopic eyes by retinoscopy under cycloplegia.The main types,distribution characteristic of refractive error in amblyopic children were described.Results The distribution characteristic of refractive type in school-aged amblyopic children was that hyperopia was the most(41.9%),emmetropia was the second(34.6%) and myopia was the little(23.5%).The detective rate of astigmatism was 90.9%.There were significant difference in refractive diopter(P<0.01) and in astigmatism diopter(P<0.01) between children with different age group.There were also significant difference in refractive diopter(P<0.01) and in astigmatism diopter(P<0.01) between children with different kinds of amblyopia.Conclusion Hyperopic and astigmatism are the main types in school-aged children with amblyopic.The age and amblyopia type are the influencing factor of refractive state in amblyopic children.
