摘    要:和谐医院文化内涵最根本的,就是坚持以病人为中心,着力构建和谐医患关系:坚持以人为本的经营管理理念,着力构建职工与医院和谐发展的关系。这是医院“外和”与“内和”的高度统一。在准确把握和谐医院文化内涵的基础上,加强和谐医院文化建设,有利于提高医院管理水平,重塑医院社会形象,提高医院发展的“软实力”。

Abstract:The crucial points of harmonious hospital culture include adhereing to the orient to patients, striving to build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, pursuiting the people-oriented management philosophy and seeking to harmonize the development of a hospital and its personnels. This is the high degree of unity between a hospital's outer harmony and its inner harmony. With accurately grasping the essence of harmonious hospital culture, it is accelerating the building of harmonious hospital culture that contributes to improving hospital management, reshaping hospital's public image and enhancing a hospital's soft power.
