河北省2001～2005年流行性感冒监测

目的分析河北省2001～2005年流感流行特点和流感病毒亚型分布情况。方法在流感流行季节进行流感样病例统计,采集咽拭子标本用MDCK细胞分离病毒,血凝抑制试验鉴定病毒型别。结果4个流行期流感样病例数占门诊总病例数的百分比平均为4.69%,其中儿童为6.38%,成人为0.87%,流感样病例门诊检出率以每个流行期的1月最高;2001～2005年共采集咽拭子标本1662份,分离流感病毒189株,平均分离率为11.37%,其中A（H1N1）亚型2株（1.06%）,A（H3N2）亚型156株（82.54%）,B型31株（16.40%）,A（H3N2）为优势流行型。2001～2002年流行期A（H1N1）、A（H3N2）亚型和B型同时流行,2002年后未见A（H1N1）亚型出现。结论流感样病例门诊检出率高峰出现在每个流行期的1月份,儿童病例比例较高,A（H3N2）是优势流行型。

Influenza surveillance in Hebei Province, 2001 ～ 2005

Objective To investigate the epidemic trend of influenza and subtypes of influenza viruses in Hebei Province from 2001 to 2005.Methods During influenza season,surveillance on influenza like illness was conducted according to the demand of national influenza surveillance program,influenza virus was isolated from Madin Darby canine kidney(MDCK)cell,and subtypes were identified by HI test.Results During influenza season,the percentage of influenza like illness in outpatients was 4.69%,and percentage of children and adults was 6.38% and 0.87% respectively,peaking in January;A total number of 1 662 swab specimens were collected in different sentinel hospital,and 189 strains were identified for influenza viruses with an average rate of 11.37%.Of the 189 strains,2(1.06%)were influenza A(H1N1)virus,156(82.54%)were influenza A(H3N2)virus and 31(16.40%)were influenza B virus,A(H3N2)virus being the predominant strain.A(H1N1),A(H3N2)and B all appeared during 2001 to 2002,however,since then influenza A(H1N1)had never appeared again.Conclusions The percentage of influenza like illness in outpatients is the highest in January during influenza season,percentage of children is higher than that of adults,and A(H3N2)virus is the predominant strain.
