摘    要:目的构建陕西省SARS监测与控制决策信息系统,为SARS的防制决策提供支持信息系统平台。方法以地理信息系统(GIS)软件平台SuperMap Objects为开发工具,运用Delphi 7.0语言和GIS技术建立陕西省SARS监测与控制决策信息系统。结果该系统主要包括SARS信息实时采集、监测,相关信息管理,疫情的实时发布、分析、辅助决策和监控等功能。结论流行病学理论与GIS技术有机结合,构建科学、高效的信息系统,为SARS疫情的监测、防治提供有力的决策依据和手段。

Abstract:Objective To develop the management information system of SARS surveillance and control in Shaanxi province responding to the urgent needs for preventing and curing SARS disease. Methods Based on geographical information system technology, the management information system of SARS of shaanxi province was established using "SuperMap Objects" GIS development platform and Delphi 7.0. Results The main modules in this system were the real-time collection and monitoring, management and analysis, dissemination of SARS diseases information, and assistant decision-making supporting for prevention against SARS disease. Conclusions The system was set up through combining the epidemiology theories and techniques of GIS. It can provide a scientific and efficient means for monitoring and prevention of SARS disease in future.
