超声骨密度测量仪临床应用价值研究

摘    要:目的:探讨超声法诊断骨质疏松的临床应用价值。方法:采用随机、对照的临床试验方法,以随机编码的方式,对同一受试者先后利用试验仪器与对照仪器进行检查,对检测结果进行相关性和一致性分析。结果:1.超声骨密度仪与双能X射线骨密度仪所测参数T呈高度相关关系(r=0.84,P<0.01),线性回归方程为:T双能=1.1548T超声+0.7364;2.Bland-Altman一致性分析,两种方法测量参数T的超限率均为0,两仪器测量结果具有较高的一致性。结论:超声骨密度测量仪具有经济、安全、准确等优势,是一种值得推广应用的骨密度检测方法。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical value of ultrasonic diagnosis of osteoporosis.Methods:A randomized, controlled clinical trial was conducted to examine the same subject using test instrument and control instrument successively by means of random coding, and the correlation and consistency of the test results were analyzed.Results:1. There was a high correlation between ultrasonic BMD meter and dual-energy X-ray BMD meter(r=0.84, P<0.01), and the linear regression equation was: T dual-energy = 1.1548 t ultrasound +0.7364;2. According to Bland-Altman consistency analysis, the overrun rate of the measurement parameter T of the two methods is 0, and the measurement results of the two instruments have a high consistency.Conclusion:ultrasonic bone mineral density meter has the advantages of economy, safety and accuracy, and is a method worthy of popularization and application.
