| 摘 要： | 目的探讨冠心病患者血清脂联素及C-反应蛋白（CRP）的关系。方法临床及冠状动脉造影明确诊断的冠心病患者46例（冠心病组）和冠状动脉造影基本正常的患者30例（对照组），分别检测其血清脂联素、CRP水平，并进行比较。结果与对照组比较，冠心疯芦血清脂联素水平明显降低（P〈0．01），CRP水平明显升高（P〈0．01），两者之间呈负相关关系（r=-0．26，P〈0．05）。结论冠心病患者血清脂联素水平降低，其与CRP之间的相互关系可能促进了动脉粥样硬化的发展。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the association between serum adiponectin and C-reactive protein(CRP) in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Serum levels of adiponectin and CRP were measured in 46 patients with angiographically confirmed coronary atherosclerosis(CHD group) and 30 control subjects with normal coronary angiogram(control group).Result Serum levels of adiponectin significantly decreased(P<0.01) while CRP increased(P<0.01) in CHD group as compared with control group.The changes of serum adiponectin and C-reactive protein were negatively correlated(r=-0.26,P<0.05).Conclusion The Serum levels of adiponectin significantly decrease in CHD group,which association with CRP may promote the development of atherosclerosis. |
